Specialists say a $3 Las Vegas, Nevada, youngster attacked a "tipsy and mixed up" young lady while scores of others watched, giggled and recorded the episode on their cellphones.

Aiden Cicchetti, 17, is accused of three counts of $3 rape. After the young lady announced the occasion to specialists, he was arrested in late Walk, as per the Las Vegas Survey Diary.
